Terms of Service

These terms govern Dolora, provided by CYFRA LLC, doing business as MakeBox AI. By creating an account or using Dolora, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. For questions, contact sales@makebox.ai.

Accounts and access

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Your Dolora workspace and credits are personal to your account. Model availability, capacity limits, and service features may change.

Plans, credits, and recurring payments

Free accounts receive 200 welcome credits once, with no payment card required and no automatic paid conversion. Paid plans are Pro at $9.99 per month or $99 per year, Max at $24.99 per month or $249 per year, and Ultra at $99.99 per month or $999 per year. Prices are in USD. The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at their selected monthly or annual interval until you cancel renewal. Annual charges are collected upfront. Pro includes 2,000 credits per month, Max 7,000, and Ultra 30,000. Annual subscriptions receive their allocation monthly during the paid year. Credits are added after confirmed payment; unused credits remain in your balance. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

One credit represents $0.001 of reported AI provider cost, or a calculation from usage when a provider does not report a final cost, rounded up per request. Usage depends on the model, input, output, searches, and media settings. Estimates reserve credits before a task. Once a known result is settled, unused reserve is returned. If a provider’s outcome is uncertain, the reserve may remain held for reconciliation; the request is not automatically repeated as a new paid generation.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage payment details and cancel renewal using Manage billing in Dolora’s Pricing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Already paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by MakeBox support. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges or a service problem. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your content and AI outputs

You retain your rights to the content you submit and authorize us to process it to provide the requested service. Submit only content you own or are permitted to use. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to other output. Review it before relying on, publishing, or executing it. Rights to outputs depend on applicable law and provider terms; Dolora does not promise exclusivity or freedom from third-party claims.

Generated artifacts contain code. The app preview runs in an isolated sandbox; downloaded files may behave differently when opened elsewhere. Review generated code and content before using them outside Dolora.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dolora for illegal activity, fraud, unauthorized access, malware, abusive automation, exploitation, spam, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not evade credit limits or misuse accounts to obtain repeated welcome balances. You remain responsible for actions you take with AI output. Dolora does not automatically send third-party messages on your behalf in this release.

Third-party services and availability

Dolora depends on external AI, authentication, email, hosting, and payment providers. Outages or provider changes can affect availability or pricing. We may apply reasonable usage and security limits. Dolora is independent of Google and the model providers and is not endorsed by them.

Termination and liability

We may restrict access for abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or security reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of AI output. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
